Traditional therapy didn’t work. Medications only worked to an extent. I didn’t know where else to turn.
Until finally, I found journaling, and it changed the way I live, feel, and think every day.
Once I found journaling, I became happier, I found direction in my life, and the overwhelm faded away.
I learned how to cope with stress, how to use my neurodiversity in a positive way, and even turned some of my “weaknesses” into strengths. Eventually I started my own successful business.
Now I help people like you learn self-care, how to support your mental health and your child or teen’s, and how to manage your emotions and change your thinking for a happier, healthier life.

Devin RosciIlo is a journaling expert and Mindset & Mindfulness Coach who teaches her clients her 3-H approach to restore and promote Healing, Happiness, and Hope. She uses a combination approach of coaching and journaling with her clients to support rapid transformation. Devin has a background working with neurodiverse children as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Disorders.
Devin is always open to sharing about her challenges as a neurodivergent person, and she began her career in coaching and teaching journaling due to obstacles she faced throughout her life.
She aims to spread the message to neurodivergent individuals that they are resilient, so that they know that no matter the obstacle and adversity in front of them, they can be whoever and whatever they dream of.
Because of her experiences with mental health adversity, Devin is extremely relatable and accepts her clients with warmth and empathy. She creates a safe space and inclusiveness, practicing non judgment and compassion.
