And especially if things that “should” take 20 minutes end up taking you weeks or months of procrastination and crippling anxiety. 

No matter what type of work it is, if you keep bumping into non-starting and procrastination, this is the time for you to execute. 

We use “body doubling” to improve motivation and task execution. 

What’s body doubling, you say? 

Body doubling is a productivity technique where a person works alongside someone else (in our case, virtually) to maintain focus and accountability. The presence of another person acts as a "body double," helping to reduce distractions and increase motivation. While the body double doesn't have to be actively engaged in the same task, their mere presence can encourage the person to stay on track with their work.

In addition to our body doubling sessions, we also meet twice a month to support and inspire one another, and to hold each other accountable to our big and small goals, galore. 

So when do we meet? 

Body Doubling Sessions – every Friday from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm ET. 

**(you can come and stay for the whole session, or pop on and off whenever you need to leave)

Community Chats Sessions – every other Monday from 6:30 - 7:30 pm ET. 

**(you are welcome to attend or skip any session, but we ask that you arrive to these sessions on time)

Here’s the body doubling session rundown:

Introductions and Intention Setting - we declare out loud to each other what we’re going to be working on during the body doubling session

Silent Working Time - we put our mics on mute, leave our cameras on and get to work for an extended work period 

Break - we take a 7 minute break to reset and refocus, sometimes we brainstorm how to get over bumps in the road during this time too

Silent Working Time -  we put our microphones on mute, leave our cameras on, and get to work for extended period of time 

Celebration Time - at the end, we celebrate our achievements out loud 

So you see, this is a group that’s truly worth your time and money. 

And the investment is only $87 per month…that’s money well spent.
